About this place

There's a Google review of T-Spot from years back where a guy describes drinking 11 different milk teas in a row before remembering on the 12th that he's lactose intolerant — at which point he switched to their Fruit Tea series. That review sums up T-Spot better than anything else. The menu is deep, the chairs are comfortable enough to settle into for hours, and there's enough variety that you can keep ordering without leaving.

The tea shop is on the second floor of the Goodchow Building on Lardizabal Street in central Boac. It's been there long enough to have a regular crowd of students and young professionals — some of the most-quoted online reviews go back six years, and the place is still running with the same minimal-but-classy interior they had then.

What You'll Find

The Milk Tea section is the core. Six everyday flavors — Okinawa, Hokkaido, Taro, Classic, Oolong, Jasmine — at ₱90 large / ₱100 XL. The premium series of Hazelnut, Caramel, Butterscotch, and Vanilla at ₱100/₱110. They'll dial sugar levels from Full down through Less (75%), Half (50%), Quarter (25%), and Zero. Add a slush for ₱20 or a Rocksalt & Cheese topping for ₱25.

The Fruit Milktea section is what regulars order when they want something less heavy — ten flavors across Strawberry, Green Apple, Lychee, Lemon, Passion Fruit, Mango, Blueberry, Wintermelon, Kiwi, and Grapes — all at ₱90/₱100. The Fruit Tea version (no milk) is the same flavor list at ₱80/₱90, which is what the lactose-intolerant 12th-cup guy in that famous review ended up with.

The T-Spot Specialties section is where the more adventurous orders sit. Brown Sugar, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate, Thai Pink Milk, Matcha Milk, Berry Matcha, Graham — running ₱90 to ₱125 depending on the size and the variant. The Pure Tea section keeps a Black, Oolong, and Jasmine on hand at ₱75 if you want straight tea without the milk.
