Overall - I only stay here when in Boac. For the rooms, service, location, and price.. this hotel is the Best of Boac. The rooms are generous and tidy with ample space for clothes and your trip belongings. Generally, a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. The location - basically in the heart of Boac. Everything you need from grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, and more are within view or steps away. Hotel Staff & Service - for me the staff and service are some of the best. Attentive, helpful, goes above and beyond ... the staff are personable and friendly. This is key for me. The hotel manager is one of the best for a smaller hotel such as this. I was able to meet the owners of this property. They are very warm and welcoming with a keen sense of business for the needs of their customers. I was pleasantly surprised. Again, for me, this hotel is in the Best of Boac category.

The owner is attentive to every inquiry and assistance you'll ask thru the hotel's FB Messenger. The staff is polite and proactive. The room is comfortable and good-smelling. AC and wifi are working very well. The breakfast is hefty and delicious.
