🛏️Treasure's Place (Narvas Beach Resort)

Tucked away in Sitio Taliña, Brgy. Masiga — the same Gasan barangay as Marinduque Airport, right near the Boac border — Treasure's Place, also known as Narvas Beach Resort, is the kind of small, family-run beach spot locals pass along by word of mouth. When overlanders asked for camping recommendations, one local commenter didn't hesitate to invite them here.

A camp on the shore

Its photos show what makes it different: a row of bright A-frame canvas tents — white, green, red and blue — staked right on the dark pebble shore, with coconut palms behind and the open sea in front. Back from the beach, a garden of ferns and potted plants hides little bamboo-and-nipa A-frame huts, one with a hand-lettered "Refresh and Relax" sign, and there are hammocks strung under rainbow umbrellas for doing absolutely nothing.

The cabins

In June 2025 the resort posted a "Time for a Holiday" promo: ₱700 for 21 hours. Cabin 1 has one bed for two, a fan room, a common CR, free toiletries and free Wi-Fi; Cabin 2 is the same but with its own CR. Rates move, so treat that as a guide and confirm the current price when you message them.

What visitors say

It holds a 4.5-star average on Google from 10 ratings. Emilene Villa Silva, writing on behalf of the Gixxer Club of the Philippines riders' group, called the owner "very accommodating" and the place "clean and perfect" to relax. For balance, an older review from a few years back found lots of insects "due to the jungle motif," warm sleeping quarters at night and substandard bathrooms — that review is a few years old, so it's worth asking what has changed.
