20 km from Port of Balanacan. Gracia’s Beach Resort is easy to find right along the main highway. The driveway to the house is narrow. Beachfront property, manicured grounds, swimming pool with coloured lights illuminating the pool at night, also has a small waterfall and jacuzzi tub. Karaoke machine and lounging area on the lower level of the property. Lots of room for 8 ppl. Except for the loft, there is A/C in all 3 bedrooms and living room/kitchen area. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & hot water in the master bedroom. My only issue would be the musty odor of the water. Friendly caretakers were attentive and accommodating. My brother followed us to the island so we made arrangements with the caretaker to pick him up at the port. The caretakers live on the property which made us feel safer. They have a small store & sells beverages, toiletries etc. Just steps away is a black sand beach with clear water & great sunsets. I highly recommend this property.
