At 1,157 m above sea level, Mount Malindig is the highest peak in Marinduque and a potentially active stratovolcano. It is a NIPAS-designated protected area known for its unique biodiversity, three peaks, and panoramic summit views; one of the most popular hikes in MIMAROPA.

Best Time to Visit

November to May (dry season). Avoid typhoon months (June–October).

How to Get Here

From Boac (capital): Take a jeepney or tricycle heading toward Torrijos. Tell the driver "Mount Malindig" — most locals know it.
